Rc Car Sizes Chart - Hey this is a noob question but i was wondering how to interpret rc wheel sizes: I'm looking at these two models from proline that share the same wheel (raid) and i'm confused about their width values. 540 is a normal 1/10 scale, some companies label actual size such as a 3652 is a 540. Those numbers represent the length of the rotor, longer rotor = more torque. They will be happy to sell you stuff. You have lots of options. All cars have a gearbox, some multiple and all of that’s taken into the fdr or final drive ratio.
Your tires (recommended, not running sct tires on a hotshot) as well as spur gear choice and finally pinion gears to create your final drive ratio and every car has a range per the motor whic Kit, rtr, toy grade or hobby grade. 550 is a little longer, aka 3660. You have lots of options.

(i'm guessing the width is equal to the inner diameter of the rim). Generally, a brushed motor is rated by the number of times a wire, or 2, 3, 4 is wound around the armature.

If It Has Both Of Those Specs You Can Make It Work.
